Return of Non-Defective Goods: We accept returns of non-defective items as long as they are unopened and in their original condition. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. The item must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. Please note that a postage and handling fee of £12.95 will be deducted from your refund.
No Returns on Opened Non-Defective Goods: Please be aware that we do not accept returns on non-defective goods that have been opened. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and quality of our products.
Defective Goods and Warranty Claims: If you receive a defective item, it can be sent to the supplier under warranty. We aim to have the item repaired or replaced and returned to you within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs for defective goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Verification: All items have unique serial numbers and product codes which are recorded at the time of purchase. These will be checked upon receipt of a returned item to ensure that the product matches the returned item.
Processing of Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
