Order Cut-Off Times

    Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same working day for next-working-day delivery.
    Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Services

    All deliveries are sent via tracked and insured next-day delivery with DPD or TNT.
    Our standard shipping service applies only to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Exclusions

    Deliveries are only available on working days (Monday to Friday).
    Weekend delivery is not included as standard. However, we can accommodate weekend or expedited delivery requests. Please contact us directly to discuss additional service options and associated costs.
